Scott Spoerl is founder and president of Spoerl Realty Group. He brings over five years of real estate experience to your property and has completed seven to ten million dollars annually in real estate transactions.
Scott Spoerl has solid market knowledge, the tenacity to stay the course and the skill to guide clients through critical decision processes. He is a creative problem solver. Scott recognizes opportunity and has the skill and experience to qualify and quantify your real estate transaction.
Mr. Spoerl’s experience includes executive residential sales, commercial property sales, multi-family sales, condominium project sales, land and building acquisition and disposition, new construction, and development services.
Prior to founding Spoerl Realty Group, Scott spent six years as a public accountant in the financial markets industry. Working for UMB Financial Services, Arthur Anderson and Tucker Anthony Sutro gave him the background in business, management, clients representation and relations that gives him a competitive edge to offer the best in brokerage services.
Scott Graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelors degree in accounting. He is a native of Milwaukee, husband and father of two.
